Because we provide digital products, digital access, and coaching services, all purchases are final.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Monthly memberships (including any unused time)

  • Digital products (PDFs, programs, meal plans, downloadable content)

  • Any coaching services or consulting

Once a purchase is completed, it is non-refundable.

Membership Cancellation (Stops Future Billing)

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges and remains active through the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated or partial refunds are provided.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product within the stated delivery window, contact us and we will assist with delivery (see Digital Delivery Policy). Delivery assistance is not a refund.
