These Terms govern your use of our website and Services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our related policies: Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Cookie Policy, and Health & Medical Disclaimer.

1) Services

We provide online fitness coaching, holistic wellness consulting, lifestyle guidance, nutrition support, fitness training/planning, and non-medical weight reduction counseling. We may offer:

• Membership coaching (starting at $99/month)

• Digital products (one-time purchases)

• Free 15-minute consultations

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3) Booking and Consultations

Free consultations are scheduled via our booking link. We may reschedule or cancel if necessary. If you need to reschedule, use the booking confirmation tools or contact us.

4) Purchases, Billing, and Memberships

A. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

B. Membership billing

Memberships are billed monthly starting at $99/month (or as shown at checkout). Pricing may change with notice for future billing periods.

C. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership anytime. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

5) Digital Products and Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email within 24 hours (see Digital Delivery Policy). You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking spam/junk folders.

6) Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds for memberships or digital products (see Refund Policy).

7) Intellectual Property + License

All website content, training materials, and digital products are owned by Mansa or licensors and are protected by IP laws. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for your personal use. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute our materials.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site (hacking, scraping, malware)

• Infringe IP rights

• Use our content to create competing products

• Submit false or misleading information

9) Disclaimers

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. We do not guarantee outcomes. Results vary based on effort, consistency, and individual circumstances. See our Health & Medical Disclaimer.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mansa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mansa harmless from claims arising from your misuse of Services, violation of Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
